We
often encounter ads for goal setting classes or destination careers as they
answers the questions like the purpose of of our living and how we want to lead
it? Goal setting often help in channelising
positive, untapped energies within and
gives wings to inherent creativity. This process is mostly a
self-motivating exercise or at times through inspiring lectures/books. Most of the times an individual undergoes a series
of trials and tribulations to discover what is his/her ultimate goal or aim or
ultimate destination in life.
On
the other hand, Vision is something
markedly different from this goal which is colloquially substituted for a
goal/destination. Vision is much broader often it is a vivid, imaginative
