Contemplations Of A Supple Mind

Today I had an interesting discussion with one of my close pals. We were mutually agreeing to disagree if there is any difference between inspiration and influence? There is eventually no significant difference between them. Both are synonyms. But somehow I accorded a higher status to the word inspiration as I believe this very word has a power of a mantra effectively transforming life. Though I lost my debate cheaply as the dictionary meaning of both is nearly the same and these words can be interchanged in usage.

Somehow I believe, Influence is momentary, transitory and stays for a short period of time whereas inspiration leaves a permanent impression on mind. During general conversations we often hear people talking about certain individuals who could accomplish a difficult task under the influence of something. Influence can be good or bad. Like people doing certain anti-social activities under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In rhetoric, we say cinemas are having a bad influence on the youth. Hence for me influence is a force that can trigger some change, bring some difference but it is ephemeral. Inspiration on the other hand is a strong internal force which drives, urges and invigorates inner spirits to strive even under tiring situations. It is an eternal fire/ spark that never extinguishes.

When it comes to parenting, these two words have a much deeper meaning and sense. In fact parenting helps us to understand the subtle difference between these words. The present generation of enthusiastic parents who are overwhelmed about future of their children try to enforce all their dreams on them. Due their unwarranted fears, they directly influence their kids to make important career decisions which they feel are safe. This feature is evident in most of the families. Kids strive hard to make a good career under the influence of their parents. But when it comes to making it something big and astounding, an inner force or drive is essential and sadly the driving force is extinct by then. Decisions/ judgments made under influence of some effect or force do have results which are much short lived and they can’t bring any remarkable change in individual’s lives. Inspiration is more like a habit that can be slowly cultivated.

Inspiration is deeper, it gets assimilated into blood, brings about change in every nerve and muscle of the body. It becomes deeply ingrained in mind. It must be instilled at very younger stage. Inspired person is aware of his goals and ultimate objective in life. It is rather cynical, but I refuse to accept that inspiration can be negative. I accord it a status of positive source of energy. The trick is to have a resilient mind with a selective filter. Children must be groomed from a young age in life to stay inspired by cultivating good habits and values. Imbibing good habits is indispensable to have a clear discrimination in mind about the good and the evil. The sense of discrimination will itself safe guards them against all the external influences. This has to be cultivated over a period of time. If they excel in mastering the technique of selective assimilation of good and purging away the evil, no external force can obviate him from the path of success. Values instilled at an early stage will anchor them towards their goals and helps in strong character building. Men of strong characters are makers of their own destiny. They stay inspired and become source of inspiration to the society and people around them.

Inspiration is the guiding force in life. It is a strong vital strength which makes man to realize his own potential. For them impossible is nothing. A strong inspiration in life is like a good mentor always energizing and guiding when lost or in deep trouble or while making important decisions of life.

Men of great intellect, vision, broad outlook, strong conviction and those who strive for common good of a society at large can inspire people. Because their teachings, writings, lectures have that power to instill confidence in masses. Staying inspired is the key to achieve the goal of life. This true inspiration can be found in realized souls who have the power to transform a person. Our country has no dearth of the so called "wise men," spiritual leaders, saints, but really blessed are the people who could bring some perceptible change in their followers.

Influence is fleeting and has short term effects. It works wonders when you are under its brief spell. But to stay focused and to commit selflessly to noble cause, will power and dedication should be indefatigable. So stay inspired and stay focused.

Africa: Propitious Omens

Africa: Propitious Omens

Further to my post “Africa Calling”. I wanted to know more about the massive continent its economic potential and scope for development.  An in depth study has clearly depicted the nuances the continent is facing. Some critics have hyped up the whole turn events in Africa during the past decade and predicted that it is going to compete with tigers of Asia for investment.
I was greatly surprised by the veracity of the continent at the first instance. Africa is too big to follow a single script. Hence instead of making a sweeping statement on the scenario of the entire continent as such, it would be prudent to talk about the countries in Africa. It is huge continent with 55 countries and each of them at various tiers of the development.
Some of the land-locked and central African countries like Niger, Algeria, Libya, Congo , Egypt  and Sudan are at the lowest tier of development and ranked lowest in UN’s Global human-development index. These have abysmally low literacy rates, coupled with high infant mortality and dire poverty. They are conflict ridden and suffer from terrible poverty. Some of countries like Niger, Chad, Congo, central African Republic have huge reserves of Gold, Oil and other valuable resources. The money earned by the Government from these resources does not reach the needy people. The story in all of these countries is different but the current situation is more or less the same. Bad governance coupled with war has been detrimental to their growth process. Rebels and Government closely weigh for the resources and each of them ends -up buying more arms to keep a check on each other’s activities. Some respite in the form of uprising in Egypt brought some beacon of hope. The process of public uprising is slowly spreading to other countries and few could revive their governments bringing a palpable change in economies.
Ivory coast, Ghana, Nigeria has a different story to unfold. Their land is endowed with rich resources but most of their investments are in the form of building big football stadiums and dams. Resources are diverted for creation of big elephants. Growth in these nations has been largely non-inclusive, though a change in the perception of the people is noticeable and evident. There are numerous short comings and allegations of corruptions. Ethiopia and Kenya are striking good growth rate. But their growth is uneven. South Africa is known as the land of rich and affluent. It is suffering from huge income disparities between the rich and the poor which is becoming increasingly unbridgeable. Unemployment rate stands at 40%. Industrialization has stalled and economic growth has stagnated. Guinea-Bissau, Guinea and Sierra Leone are tired of wars. Several infightings have died down. But most of the economies are ravaged by war and states are rendered dysfunctional by violent disorder.  Kenya on the other hand has the highest level of mobile penetration and nearly 70% of trade transactions are carried out through mobiles. Senegal has a vibrant democracy. Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana have huge riches beneath with huge haul of minerals and metals. In reality many African countries are relying heavily on the sudden boom of the commodities. People have realized the importance of good governance and most of them are opting for democratic systems.
The three crucial elements brought a robust change in Africa - the Western aid agencies, Chinese mining companies and UN peacekeeping force. But the real saviours of the continent have been the people who have relentlessly worked towards a new change and a new dawn. They started aspiring for new technology, voting out for the right leaders and urging their leaders to work for them. Most of the indicators of the human development have improved. Life expectancy rose by tenth, infant mortality has come down, more children started going to schools, HIV infection rates have fallen, deaths due to malaria has reduced, foreign direct investments tripled.
But on the flip side, commodity boom has inflated some of the economies. Majority of their exports include agricultural commodities and the resources dug out from beneath.  These resources are not going to last longer and climate plays a major havoc for a reliable cultivation. Africa is slated to be continent which will be worst hit due to climate change. Savannah's are steadily depleting, water tables are sinking and rains have become too erratic. Further, the continent is expected to nearly double by 2050. Unless the state is capable of providing a stable employment to the masses, it is sure to fall back to the trap of internal fighting. Some of countries are still marred by violence and under constant threat of growing Islam extremism.
A way forward for it should be improving the governance by making use of the youthful population, lifting restriction on the employing migrants and land ownership.  Better economic management, by aiming at inclusive growth, investing in core sectors which can fuel the economy with regular returns. Infrastructure, Urbanisation, better technology can steer the growth.  Africa is right now pitted against Asia as a future leader. But still there are miles to go !!!!!!!!!!!

Rebel Tours Of Cricket

Rebel Tours of Cricket

The world with all its cacophony, dissimilarities, and imbalances is highly intriguing. Intellectuals mince no words to promulgate-“World is flat”. It is indeed developing at an alarmingly faster rate. But when we just try flip any of its past pages to fathom the peaks it had scaled. We will be thoroughly disappointed with its narrow minded decisions which had cast a dark shadow on several lives.
It was in 1991 when I was quite young, I remember South Africa made their debut in the international cricket by playing their first one day match against India.  Though I was really surprised as why they made such a late entry into the international arena of cricket. I hardly bothered about the reason at that time and soon never took any interest in that matter. It is only after watching a documentary on CNN International about rebel cricket tours to South Africa. I was really surprised to know how the discriminations and inequalities have claimed a big toll on this sport for more than two decades. The events that followed due to the repressive and discriminatory attitude of their government had changed the fate of so many young cricketers. Its first International test after re-admission was against West Indies in 1992.
South Africa was suspended in the year 1970 by the ICC (International Cricket Council) following their government’s racist policy of Apartheid. This policy allowed the team to play against only the white players which includes team like Australia, England and New Zealand. South Africa was banned from participating in any sport on the international platform. By isolating the country and starving the passionate people of their beloved sport it was believed that government would reconsider its stance on policies discriminating the majority of the population.
The careers of several budding cricketers during that period in South Africa was not lucrative. Hence the South African Cricket Union was formed, which realized a greater need to play with International cricket teams to give a good boost their players. They have resorted to the strategy of enticing the players from various nations by offering substantial amounts. These matches were entirely deplorable and contemporaneous as they were against the International organizations and their policies including United Nations.  These tours were designated as “Rebel Tours”. Five rebel tours were organized during the period of 1982 and 1990. England XI  visited twice, 1982 and 1990 who were subjected to ban for three years, a fledging team of Sri Lanka tour in 82/83 who toured were handed  a ban for 25 years, Australian tours in 85/86 & 86/87 wherein all the cricketers part of that team were treated as “traitors”.
The West Indies tour in 1982/83 & 83/84 had made into headlines as the cricketers were banned for life and none of the prestigious players could ever return to the sport.  West Indies were at the height of glory in cricket during that time as they won two world cups back to back. Playing West Indies at that time was a matter of prestige.  Caribbean’s were known for their passion for cricket. But unfortunately, first class-cricketers were poorly paid and could make out a living during an off-season. These players were offered huge amount of money for their tours to South Africa.  These players were described as “Rebels”.  The series of events following the tour toppled the cricketing careers and lives of the players.  West Indies Cricket board had sentenced them for a life ban from cricket. The players were ostracized politically and socially. They were publicly shunned. They were forced to leave their countries and find home somewhere abroad.  Fierce battles raged and controversies still continue whether playing white South African by the blacks, West Indies did show that they were equal or better players? Or did they lose their morality and chose to play a white team for monetary benefits while their government maintained oppressive attitude towards the blacks in South Africa.  But of all the rebel teams that have visited West Indies were the only team to have won in South Africa. Though most of the players are still mournful about their decision, one of them was happy that they could bring a change in attitude of certain people that black race was very equal if not superior to theirs.
These players went down in the history as mercenaries’ .The decision to go on a rebel tour had destroyed their cricketing careers. Rebel players who were contacted had mixed responses to it. But by and large majority of people considered this as an act of betrayal and the cricketers who were once considered celebrities are now looked down as perfidious.  Alas! It turned out to be a doom’s day decision for many.

A New Genre Of Female Play Back Singers

Creativity has no bounds. Creativity brings freshness and adds an aura to otherwise dull and stoic life. Creativity aptly mirrors the changes occurring in our lives. Change is the order of the day. Artists, be it singers, dancers, painters, sculptors are in actively engaged in the pursuit of reinventing themselves. The transformations and the process of self-discovery is very often depicted eloquently in their art forms like music, dance, painting, literature.

India has huge repertoire of traditional music forms, prominent among them are the Carnatic and the Hindustani. These have slowly evolved to move out of the traditional mould to become more popular among masses. For majority, music still is synonymous to film music. From the initial days of cinema woman play back singers are expected to don the role of the female protagonist. In those initial formative years of Indian Cinema when music was composed without synthesisers, software's and machines play back singers would go through hours of rigorous sadhana to record entire song in a single stretch with the existing orchestra. The voice quality and the depth of rendition were of a very good quality.

The prevalent practise from 50’s to 80’s has been that singers would take on the skin of the actress. So we always felt as if the actress was singing. Singers were well aware of the character, for which they are rendering the voice well in advance. Their singing would reflect the on-screen mannerisms and moods swings of the actress. They could easily take to particular actress and modulate their voice accordingly to match their performance on screen. This kind of singing culture was in vogue for several decades and was highly revered as voice of the virtuous Indian woman. The message has be more or less clear that the play back singers are supposed to have a gentle, sweet, melodious and trained voice to reflect the  traditionally feminine perceptions. Early 50’s were an ode to the Suraiyya and NoorJahan who were both singers and actors. From 1960’s to 1980’s the most decorated singers Lata Mangeskar and Asha Bhonsle dominated the playback singing whose voices were literally incorrigible. They took the play black singing to new heights and set high benchmarks.

The same trend followed till 90’s where play back singers Anuradha Paudwal, AlkaYagnik, Kavitha KrishnaMurthy, Sadhna Sargam followed the same sweet and steep notes. From the year 2000 new generation of music composers, directors have tried to bring a new change and made serious attempts to bring in some refreshing themes and treatments. Due to availability of new technology, programming software and growing western influence a new cult of music developed. The music which was not defined by set patterns have began to find new appreciation and applause from the younger generation. This resulted in the divergence of the scope of play back singing. Woman who found their voices to be too rustic, untrained, bright and naughty found a new lease for life. Their voices could find a new place in play back singing. They became the voices of new generation of woman.

The current generation of female play back singers are slowly shedding down the old traditionally feminine singing. The voices have become more dynamic and audacious. Further with women now being depicted in vividly different roles and characters on screen, there has been a greater scope for much variation in singing too. This resulted in a cognisable culmination of various music forms like songs with Sufi-influence Kavitha Seth’s Ik Tara (Wake Up Sid) or the Punjabi poetry Mahalaxmi Iyer’s Laung Da Lashkara (Patiala House)  have become very common. Though earlier musicians have tried all these kinds of combinations it couldn’t bring the real transformation. But the latest kind of music spread out with its different hues from being boisterous Harshdeep Kaur’s Jhak Maar De (Desi Boyz), rock-inspired Neha Bhasin’s Dhunki (My brother ki Dulhan), off-beat voice of Shalmali  Kholgade for Pareshaan (Ishaqzaade) have nurtured career of several singers. The people who never thought they could ever make a career in singing are now making remarkable stints and have become successful playback singers. Though the regular classical Shreya Ghosal’s Banarasiya (Raanjhanaa) and melodious renditions Kyon (Barfi) by Sunidhi Chauhan  haven’t totally disappeared, but the new style of music have paved a way for greater creativity and diversity. Most of these singers are versatile further pushing the music to dizzy heights, a music that is vibrant and exquisite.

The latest genre of woman singers  who made resplendent career advances are the ones who  have low, husky, raw, alto, voices and often influenced by their cultural backgrounds. This is in sharp contrast to the soprano voices of dominant playback singers of yester years. This kind of revamp has become a novel feature of the Bollywood, is now all set to change music industry in regional cinemas as well. Younger generation who wanted to sing at jazz festivals are now rocking the venerable Bollywood. These hot guns deserve three cheers for spearheading extraordinary changes in film music. Art forms become more appealing if they embrace new changes and encourage new experimentation.

Africa Calling

Africa Calling

The latest buzz word in the global investment field is mission “Africa”. Africa is endowed with great wealth of natural resources and a wildlife  and much of it is largely untapped till recent past due to frequent political distrubances. Africa was earlier described as the dark continent, as it could march along the rest of world on the path of progress and riches. It is now touted to emerge as a continent with highest number of growing middle class families.
Realising the potential of this untapped economy of late, many countries started making huge investments to flag off their enterprises. India is historically well connected to Africa. Large contingent of  Indian labourers were imported by Britishers to  build rail roads in Africa in the early 19th century. Consequently whoppable Indian population of those descendants have integrated well into the main stream.  Indian investments and business interests have been persistent in the continent for more than a century. But Indian business investments couldn’t make an impact when compared to the Chinese who are making huge investments in the continent for the past few decades.
Indian presence in Africa has been far from being smooth. They were highly resented especially in the eastern part of the continent and accused of having a "cat and mouse" kind of relationship. There has also been a huge divide between the Indian families living in Africa for generations and the newly relocated immigrants. The older generation of settled Indians run family owned business whereas fresh immigrants are more bolder, dynamic and have larger economic interests. Though the term destination Africa has been catching up among the young and dynamic entrepreneurs of India. The outcome in terms of benefits are not size able when compared to the Chinese presence. India is yet to capitalise on its long history and deep social networks.
Chinese have been more aggressive in their investment with zero-interest loans funded by the government and  backed by full resources. They have made a huge difference in the land scape and the infrastructure of the continent by building palatial hotels and offices. Thus making the continent more accessible to the rest of the world. They have been actively investing in mining and oil exploration. They are trying to transform the economy by gaining access to mineral resources like Platinum, Gold, Chrome etc. They have substantial advantages in terms of labour efficiency and latest technology, which has given them an edge. Labour is imported from China on temporary basis  and are rotated with a fresh batch as and when they finish their project. They are paid  premium wages for working abroad. This keeps them motivated and dedicated to work for long hours. They are not bothered about the living conditions as are earning plenty of income for few months of work. Workers are hardly seen to be interacting with the local community and they would retire to their huge dormitories where around 80 people would sleep together in a building.
Indians on the other hand are largely involved in consumer- goods factories, textile mills, automobile dealership, manufacture of soaps and chips and most of them are professional employees. Most of them tend to forge a long term interest and  hence mainly interested to be an essential part of the continent’s fabric. Of late, Indians are increasingly focusing on the sectors like educational institutions,  IT projects, medical expertise etc. Inspite of longer presence in the continent, Indians are unable to make substantial financial gains.

A glaring lacuna  has been Indian government's lack of initiative. Most of the entrepreneurs suffers from lack of capital and professional labour. Chinese are slowly taking control over the Indian-dominated sectors like import and export trading, textiles and food manufacturing. Old business tactics of India like the local labour, with limited  resources may no longer work.  India must change it strategy and should start investing on a war footing basis. India should realise the need to tap the potential of emerging markets in the continent and seriously devise plans to utilise the untapped natural resources of the mineral and oil rich land. India lags behind China in investments. Indian investments so far have been subtler and consumer oriented. China’s investment increased to almost 100% in the past thirty years with a trade activity of $160 billion as  against India’s $50 billion.

The economic gaints of the Asia, India and China intially were thought to be closely competing for investments in the continent. But if the situation persists the same way, India is  soon going to  lose out the competition.

Meddlesome Middle Class

Meddlesome Middle class
Globalisation brought a phenomenal change in the Indian economy. Consistent growth in the economy has brought a great change in the social structure of our country. Rapid strides have been made by the middle class who by the dint of hard work and dedication has craved a special niche for themselves. There has been a quantum leap in their living standards too. The other two sections of society namely the poor and  the rich are perpetually busy with their lives. The poor are continually engaged in some activity to eke out a livelihood and the rich are busy in splurging the wealth they have been hoarding over generations. These two sections have an impact which is markedly different from newly rising class of individuals-the middle class.

Middle class is the emerging section of people. Most of the markets world over are busy designing their products to suit their interests and needs due to their enchanced purchasing power. They are the most ambitious and hard working people. They are source of maximum remitances world over and contribute vigorously to the growing national economy. They have now marched as leader of change.

I really don’t have anything against this set being a member of it. But peculiar qualities of this section of people are more or less homogeneous and they constantly allude me. They proclaim themselves to be new iconoclasts, torch bearers of the society, upholders of the culture, values,  religious beliefs, customs, traditions. They feel that are endowed with the great burden of maintaining culture of the land. But they are too judgemental. They cann’t  be happy until society acknowledges their way of living. For them approval of the society is much higher than individual choices and believes. They are afraid of taking the least tread path. They crave for social recognition a name and fame of their own is essential for them. Their best leisure activity is social assessment, grading the people in their neighbourhood as per their occupation, income generating abilities, accomplishments of their children, jewellery/property  they inherited and scale of celebrations during important occasions etc. Their assessment and grading system very often is endorsed  and validated by the elders in their association. They are pioneers in finger pointing grossly unaware of their mistakes and misgivings.

From time to time  according to the changing order of the society they make flexible amendments  in the existing customs to suit their convenience and cast aspersions on individuals who fail conform to it. Though these are the individuals who form the intelligent chunk of  the country. They are often stymied and stigmatised lot. They are adventurous and explore the world and have spread their wings through out the world to earn their livelihood.

But alas, these are again the same set which has a mediocre mentality. They have high aspirations, goals and  ambitions in life and want to take calculated risks. They can sermonise through out their lives but can hardly stir out of their comfort zone to help the person dedicated for a noble cause. They are too naive for they fail to realise the social stigma  they have popularised often ties them down to think or differently. They have  allowed themselves to be bogged down by meaningless traditions. They are highly modest.

This is now growing out to be the typical mentality of a middle class individual. They are warm hearted, generous and welcome people into their houses with utmost hospitality. Perhaps it is time for them (infact most of us) to open up their hearts and mind as well to the new change and stop being too judgemental. People should stop bothering too much about others, instead make possible efforts to better their own lives. Set a noble goal and strive hard to move an inch closer to it everyday. A little progress everyday will ultimately take to destiny. Stop being hypocrite.

Abiogenesis Vs Supernatural Origin Of Life

Abiogenesis Vs Supernatural origin of life

Ubiquitous questions like the origin of life really enthuses everyone. Despite years of research this question couldn’t be reasonably answered by the evolutionary biologists. Several theories have been put forth but none of them could provide a convincing answer. The most popular among them was Abiogenesis theory, which belived that life can arise spontaneously under proper conditions from non-living molecules.
A group of scientists have come up with the scientific explantion that contests the possibility of emergence of life on earth stated under theory of abiogenesis. Scientists believed that life must have emerged spontaneously by combination of the organic elements CH4 (methane), NH3 (Ammonia), H2 (Hydrogen) during lightining and thunder storms. Resulting in the production of aminoacids and gradually these begin to assemble into functional units and thus life must have made an appearance. But the various aspects those were under contention are as follows:
1.      Miller and Urey had designed experiments based on the idea that early earth must have been dominated by CH4, NH3, H2. A series of experiments were conducted under high temperatures mimicking the conditions at that time and produced trace amounts of amino acids. The amino acids thus obtained were a compostion of both right-handed and left-handedorganic molecules termed as racemic mixture. It is well known that all the aminoacids which can form functional proteins are left-handed and the carbohydrates are right-handed. So the right -handed aminoacids are useless and they might be actually be lethal to life. Chirality problem.
2.      As we all know earth's atmosphere contains nearly 21% of oxygen. But it is widely known that oxygen is deterrant to origin of life. Evidence of presence of O2 in early atmosphere is clear as photodissociation of large amounts of watervapour would result in O2 in atmosphere. Presence of oxidised material is evidenced in pre-cambrian geological strata. Even some Uranium geochemistry data suggested presence of oxidising conditions on earth and thus existence of mechanism of photosynthesis much earlier than 3.7 billion years ago. So it is now it is belived that life must have existed on earth from a much earlier age or rather from the age when earth could support life. So this could be a blow to chemical synthesis theory of Urey and Miller.
3.      Earth during its formative stages  has lot of volcanoes. They usually emit CO (Carbonmonoxide), CO2 (Carbondioxide) , NO2 (Nitrous Oxide) and water vapour. CO2 greatly deters formation of organic compounds.
4.      Functional proteins can exist in very narrow range of conditions. Most proteins remain active at optimum pH and temperature. So their existence and functioning at supernatural temperatures as observed during the Miller-Urey experiments is impossible. High amount of energy used in these experiments might have been disruptive to proteins.
5.      Cross-reaction in abiochemical reaction might interfere with aminoacid production. The reaction soup included several toxic compounds like cyanides etc.
6.      Presence of heavy metal atoms and sometimes sugars usually disrupt the aminoacid formation. It is very difficult to imagine how their experiment could take care of all these issues.
7.       UV light and lights in all other forms of wavelenghts would be disruptive for various life forms. Moreso amino acids are very delicate and would brekadown easily even under normal sunlight.
8.      Chemical reactions which were thought to have occurred in the hot seats life hydorthermal vents and submarine vents are impossible as at high temperatures, compounds would breakdown. Another problem is self-assembly of these molecules. Source of information that directs the assembly of these already formed substance is not explained.
9.      Urey even speculated presence of atleast 10% of organic matter in oceans today which must have been the base material for the evolution of life on earth. But 10% seems to be a very huge amount and its existence is questionable (even the total amount of the extant material will not be able to produce a fraction of this amount).
Despite intensive research, in this interdisciplinary field of evolution, concerted efforts couldn’t replicate the experiments performed by Miller and Urey. Finally people started believing that origin of life is far from being trivial. It is a death blow to materialists who believed existence of primordial soup from which life gradually evolved. This theory seems to suggest that ultra-simple cell could have developed from a single newly formed cell but has no answer for how that cell could have been formed in the first place. There is no“prototype first cell.” Experiments in science has never even come close to producing a self-sustaining living cell that could have been produced by, or survived in, the conditions needed to form its components.
All these indicate that condition on early earth would have never favoured the origin of life by abiogenesis theory. Hence the theory of abiogenesis is no longer valid and largely debated for its gross incongrousness nature. People believed  the materialistic dogma that life is mere chemistry,  assembly of right chemicals and life emerges, DNA is product of chemistry. But they were unable to prove their point scientifically.
Most of the scientists find these experiment very alluring due to the fact they are very close to understanding the fantasy of origin of life. Naturalisits have come up with several theories which doesn’t approve any creator or designer to have intitiated the origin of life. But the role of under natural condition as proposed under this theory are scientifically refuted. Life must have either a natural (abiogenesis) or supernatural origin. But now it is clear that creation of the basic-building block of life is under highly designed, non-natural and tightly controlled conditions.
Science believes in facts which are autheticated by demonstrations and reproducible experiments. Mere compilation of facts and dramatic events have no place in its dictionary. Though it is hard to accept, but it is more clear life began on earth due to an intelligent intervention.
